We review your plans or scope of works and provide a clear quote for the plumbing portion. No vague estimates.
We come in once the frame is up and run all supply and waste lines through walls and floors before surfaces are closed.
We work alongside your builder, tiler, electrician and cabinetmaker. We communicate clearly and show up when we say we will.
Once surfaces are complete we return for fit-off, installing all fixtures and making final connections. We then issue your Certificate of Compliance.
We work across multiple stages. Rough-in happens after the frame is up and before insulation and lining. We return for fit-off once all surfaces are complete. We can also assist at the slab stage for any under-slab drainage work required.
Yes. We regularly work as a subcontractor to builders across Sydney. We are reliable on site, show up when scheduled, and communicate clearly with the site supervisor so the project stays on track.
Yes. All licensed plumbing work in NSW requires a Certificate of Compliance. We issue this once the work is complete, as required under NSW plumbing regulations.

Rough-in is the first fix. We run all the pipework through walls and floors before surfaces are finished. Fit-off is the second fix, once tiling and joinery are complete, where we install all the visible fixtures and make final connections.
